I have a completed skillset for a great job. I am always open to new opportunities to improve my skills and self-development. I successfully finished a course at Lviv IT school. First, I was already prepared for assertive communication and had a completed skill set. As a result, I perceived that I could work independently and in a team.
Furthermore, I can delegate tasks correctly between teammates and prioritize tasks too. Honestly, it's useful for a company and makes work faster and easier. Also, I learned to find the right insights and do research which helps to create a design better. This experience taught me to work well in a team and demonstrated that I could easily follow the team's plan to achieve a set goal. At my part-time job, I enhanced my briefing skills, and experience in communicating directly with customers and I learned to communicate with business owners and collaborate with stakeholders. Also, understand design principles, and skills in creating design systems. Also, in my commercial experience, I got good results by understanding user needs and using the right research, design principles, rules, and trends. By the way, everywhere I had well-organized work in a team.
