I created the website concept for The Muse Co. Client and objective: The Muse Co. is the Ukrainian entertainment events service. The company is going into the market to sell tickets for concerts and festivals all over Ukraine. The Muse Co. is a young company and has no customers yet. So the primary objective of the project is to engage them and launch sales via the website. Analysis: I made a competitor analysis to mark weak and high points of The Muse Co. competitors. I analyzed their websites, Google reviews, and social media. I chose questionnaires and interviews as UX methods and made the UX research. User's problems: Users complained about the absence of event notifications and problems with finding tickets and events in their accounts. The refund process demanded a lot of steps and usually was almost unsuccessful. Solutions: I separated the tickets page with the tickets from the account page. I made a separate action for refunds and simplified all actions with tickets. And also I made notification settings more flexible.
