My story traces back to my undergraduate years when I was pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Back then, I first got informed about the concept of human-computer interaction, planting the seeds of my fascination with UXD. While learning the technical skills of product development, I found myself drawn to a fundamental question: why. Driven by an innate curiosity, I realized that before exploring the “how” of building products, one must first grasp the why—the essence behind their creation. By asking ourselves why we are coding a certain product, we can dive deep into the design of the product, such as why was the product designed in a certain way and whom was it designed for. This revelation sparked a transformation within me, shaping my approach to design as more than just crafting interfaces but as a means to solve real-world problems.
