PHP Team lead, PHP Backend developer - 21361

Briefly about me

- I have experience in Backend web development in php for about 13+ years, (only commercial development in teams from 5 to 25 members, various types of projects - from several months to 5 years, projects - catalogs, e-commerce systems, b2b projects, and highly loaded projects, database development for large sizes and loads.

- experience of managing a development team as a Team Lead for about 3 years (recruitment, motivation, control and management of development)

- experience in managing product development as a Product Manager for about 2 years (hiring and working with sales managers, communication with marketers, hiring and managing implementation managers, setting tasks for the development department, managing product implementation)

In general, I have experience in product orientation development for understanding business needs.

Now I am considering the position of Team Lead or Backend php developer in order to be able to bring the maximum result to your company based on my technical experience, managerial background and experience in creating a product as a whole.
