I have been working in the IT field for 5 years, with 2 years as a team lead. I have been doing 1st line client and user support, data analysis, researches, pre-sale inspection, content moderation. Besides this, I worked on UI design for backend users and performance optimization.
My daily duties included:
- Mail, chats, and tasks in Jira check, answer questions, forward to proper departments
- Website content check and trends define;
- Bug reporting;
- Creation of tickets in Jira
As a team lead, my duties were:
- Assigning tasks to team members
- Present monthly reports
- Conduct presentations for upper management
- Collaborating with other departments on cross-tasks.
