The challenges I’ve faced during the past few years while obtaining a master's degree in PM, helped me to accumulate significant resistance to stress and constant readiness to explore and solve different problems. During obtaining my master's degree I took 2nd place in the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers on "Project and Program Management.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and some little development experience allows me to understand the specifics of the IT sphere. My specialization is System Analysis, so creating models in different notations and managing the system requirements isn’t new.

I know the basics of C, C++, C#, Java, Java Script, Python, HTML, CSS, and SQL. I am well-versed in using StarUML, Trello, Jira, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, MS Office, Project, Visio, etc., and I can easily learn the tools and technologies used in your company.

My experience working as a teacher has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships; organizing and facilitating meetings and presentations. I have developed my communication skills further: the ability to persuade, clear presentation of thoughts, and empathy.
