remote service in the format of those.
customer support through remote access to customer workstations and telephone consultations, experience with various ticket systems for processing customer requests OTRS, HelpDesk HP OpenView;
technical support of workstations, servers, communication channels, ATMs, terminals, network infrastructure, telephony (including automatic telephone exchange), operating systems and software (including some crypto protection systems) of the banking sector, installation and maintenance of SCS;
administration of various operating systems (including Unix-like ones) and maintenance of specific software systems used on enterprise servers, including the distribution of user rights in Active Directory.
