Process customer requests (complaints, suggestions, feedback) and control the timeliness and quality of execution;
Provide feedback to customers, if necessary, smooth out the negative reaction and translate it into a neutral or positive;
Register information in the database (maintaining a database of customer applications);
Find a common language with each client.
