Responsibilities:
- using search tools such as LinkedIn, Google (with Boolean search) databases, turbohiring, github, etc.;
- review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates;
- entering information about vacancies, information about candidates and all correspondence in the database and providing statistical reports in corporate google-tables;
- screening providing, testing some softskills of the candidates;
- checking and editing (if necessary) the candidate's resume;
- support of candidates during the hiring process;
- closing vacancies of different diffculty levels (from junior to lead).
- mentoring and training new department team members in the areas of full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing;
- managing a team of five or more recruiters;
- participation in daily meetings and fulfillment of quarterly goals and preparation for regular reports;
- now I combine the duties as a Team lead and as a recruiter.
