I'm a computer Science Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in the Software Development industry, firmly focused on final product quality. I specialize in the Validation and Verification of CMMI Dev 2.0 process areas and enjoy designing strategies to ensure the quality (QA) of the final product. To do so, I prefer to personalize each project with the industry best practices for agile software methodologies (mainly SCRUM) and its artifacts and run ISTQB-certified techniques for testing.
My skill set also includes negotiating technical projects and capacitating teams (from 3 to 12) through practical workshops and conferences. I've worked with 70+ customers and managed resources + tasks + schedules.
Please note that I don't have a "developer" background. Although I am related to programming languages like Java and Automation test tools (Selenium WebDriver and Postman, for instance), I'm not the girl behind the code. I'm more similar to the one who determines what will be developed and tested, how exactly it should look at the end, and what will be needed to execute the project (there are also significant chances that I even design the control strategy to verify each activity, you can consider it as a plus).
You'll be surprised to know that I also have experience in project management, quality assurance, process improvement, SEO, business intelligence (BI), and business process analyst tasks, to name a few. After all, I am more of a "big picture" thinker than a "detail-focused" one.
I enjoy working in environments where all team members are comfortable expressing themselves, curiosity is allowed, and asking questions is always welcome. If, in addition to that, my employer is an organized, eager-to-grow company that prioritizes people instead of money and promotes my professional evolution, I could retire there.
