Basic knowledge of the principles of networking and administration, knowledge of the basic principles of the operation of network equipment.
There are practical skills in diagnosing faults and replacing faulty components, repairing, assembling and setting up a PC, setting up and connecting peripheral equipment, setting up network printers, setting up routers and access points.
Have practical skills in installing client operating systems (Windows XP / 7 / Linux), upgrading PCs, installing software updates, providing anti-virus protection of the entire information infrastructure (Dr.
Web, NOD32, Norton, Avast), installation and configuration of mail clients.
Has practical experience with data backup / recovery systems.
Installation and configuration of various software.
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware.
