I am a Java developer with extensive experience in programming and software development. I hold a degree from Odessa National Academy and have worked in various internships and positions, including C# Internship at Affair Soft, Objective-C Internship at KeepSolid, and Java Internship at NETCRACKER. I have worked as a Java Developer at Marakos and Pinngle Safe Messenger, where I gained experience in developing and maintaining Java-based applications. I have also worked as a Team Lead at VARTEQ Inc., mentoring and managing an international team of 3 backend engineers. During my time at VARTEQ Inc., I was responsible for designing and developing new modules from scratch based on customer requirements. I also created and sought feedback for team members, monitored errors and system load, and assessed the level of my teammates using a competency matrix.
