My responsibilities in a previously workplace: • performing full sales cycle from initial contact, interest raising, qualification, prospecting to deal closing (Europe, Canada, and the US) fulfilling and exceeding monthly sales targets being a single point of contact for a client and an intermediary between the Technical Department, Marketing Department, and a client; • working out individual strategies for each client both individually as well as in close cooperation with the technical department if required reporting to a client, preparing documentation, performing post-sales support • manage all activities through Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) • dealing with objections.
