My name is Pavel Dunayev. 15+ years of IT management and support for international and domestic companies, ensuring a high level of reliability for continuous Business operation; The main areas are Financial, CRM integrations, SalesTech, Transport, Power management companies; mountain skiing, and volunteering which is what refreshes me.

My name is Pavel Dunayev. At that moment I'm working at the product company Revenue Grid.

I want to develop my career in Project Management because I have extensive experience in the IT field and practical skills in management, not just Agile and Scrum theory.

I started my career in Ukrainian Banking IT.

When I was 30 I already managed it department in a Ukrainian bank.

Upon building the ideal infrastructure in the bank, I decided to learn how such a system is being built in international companies. I joined Barclays Capital. It was a totally new experience in the international financial market.

Further, I decided to move to the manager position and join the company I work with at the moment. I was PM on 10+ extremely interesting projects which included work with some Fortune 500 companies both on-site and remotely. Sometimes few projects were in parallel.

The most recent project I’m working on is based on the Growth Team methodology.

At the moment Revenue Grid is a stable company on the market and after 9 years of experience with the company I’ve decided to look for new challenges. Hope I can help your company and it will be the best palace to continue my career.
