During my work experience, I served as a project manager for many projects, the key of which I consider was the launch of a Ukrainian wood processing plant. At this stage of my career, I want to gain experience as a PM in an IT organization. A year ago, for a better understanding of the IT market, I finished 40 hours of online courses and get a red diploma. After gaining relevant experience I want to become an executive director in an IT company. Highlights Setting up the system of supply and sales from the "scratch". Increased average sales value of product twice. Increased distribution of company brands on the territory from 90 to 100%. Looking for I want to work in a company that is open for new ideas, is able to satisfy "live-work" balance and the main thing is trying to be "home" for every employee.
