Communication with clients; Demo presentations of the product; Maintenance of technical documentation; Project Support; Personal presence at meetings, monitoring the implementation of the issues discussed; Creating tasks for webmasters; Technical Customer Support. 01/2019 – 1/2020: Assistant of marketer at QArea, Inc. Creating tasks for copywriters, designers, and webmasters. Updating the company’s portfolio; Helping new colleagues to onboard in the company activities; Working with new leads in SRM like Odoo; Working with SEMrush, Google Analytics; Developing text, photo, and video content for corporate sites. 05/2018 – 10/2018: PR-curator of the international photo exhibition "People. Places. Processes" I attracted 5 journalists to the event (UA, Центральний Канал, 2 Громадське ТВ, День), as a result of the package in the UATV was prepared; I invited 4 photo artists for an interview on television (the package); I provided 10 publications (the example of publication); I created three newsletters for the event participants (250 people); implemented SMM support for this event on the Facebook page Bookinbag. 03/2014 – 11/2016: Assistant to the international secretary of the NGO National Scout Organization of Ukraine “Plast”: I organized 2 yearly two-day pieces of training for 30 people each on the activities of the international service: provision of logistics, communication with participants, is responsible for accommodation and meals, communication with speakers; I coordinated a trip for 15 participants from Ukraine to the camp in Poland (I was responsible for organizing the train, documents, and visas for 15 people, cooperation with the consul); I was responsible for the development of cooperation with international divisions of the organization, organized 2 joint projects, and 3 trips of participants from Ukraine to Poland and the Czech Republic.
