1. Provide the first level of Technical support
2.configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of the IT equipment.

· Monitor the operation and security of all computers H.W and S.W and ensure that it is operating properly.

· Administer and maintain WAN and internet connections to ensure a high connection availability for business continuity.
· Maintain all users’ access request and rights on the network and provide them with adequate support to enforce rules as per the standards.
· Maintain the network management and security software including the addition of new users and manage rights and privileges to deploy policies as per standards.
· Analyse data and forecasts any needed improvements, budget and implement any changes to effectively manage risks and operation

· Project Manager For the (SaaS project) security as a service.
· Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management, select the proper H.W and S.W for the project.
· Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
· Configure the H.W and build the database with the backups.
· Initiate and Install the proper S.W for the H.W.
