Implementation of Cross Sales and CRM Siebel projects;
Analysis of business processes of the Department;
Identifying shortcomings and "bottlenecks" that affect the processes within the Department and finding ways to eliminate and optimize them;
Implementation of technological solutions aimed at improving products and processes;
Definition of the concept of projects (purpose, terms of realization, total cost and financial effect);
Formulation of requirements for project implementation, substantiation of their necessity, importance and expediency;
Setting, prioritization and quality control and deadlines for project implementation;
Justification of the necessity, importance and expediency of projects;
Planning deadlines for project implementation, monitoring compliance with deadlines;
Tracking deviations from plans, making adjustments to the plan and agreeing it with all project participants;
Budgeting and control of budget changes;
Creation of working groups, coordination of work and interaction of team members involved in project implementation;
Distribution of responsibilities and setting tasks to the members of the working group;
Interaction with other working groups of the Bank for successful implementation of projects;
Organizing and holding regular meetings with the team involved in project implementation;
Informing participants and customers about the current state of affairs, changes in project implementation;
Organization and conduct of operational tests based on the results of project implementation;
Participation in the development of methodology and assistance in training users of new software, new business processes implemented in projects;
Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented projects;
Execution of other assignments of management within its competence;
Systematic reporting to management on the results of its activities;
