For me, entrepreneurship is formed at the intersection of three competencies: marketing, sales and engineering skills. So I have been developing on this vector for the last 3 and a half years and now I understand that my experience is enough to dive deep and develop products / services together with the team. He led 17 rosters out of 25 on his own, built full-fledged LLC processes from accounting and lawyers to sales and IT. We have developed a full-fledged performance marketing strategy with a colleague, we work in the directions of both B2C and B2B. - Strategist-analyst in the marketing agency YARCHE (2 years) Research of trends, volumes, players, communication channels, sales channels of dozens of markets. In-depth consumer research. Creating brand scenarios (positioning) for brands and their products. Creating communication strategies: roadmaps with channels, messages and creatives for the quarter. My biggest achievement is the creation of a CRM system and loyalty program for the retail network with a turnover of UAH 4 billion. This is a coffee revolution in the alternative coffee market, we managed to unite the best players on one platform, creating a convenient IT platform for partners on the one hand and consumers on the other. Not just a boring loyalty program with bonuses, but my IT team and I were able to translate Facebook's personalization algorithms into grocery retail. On the basis of the client's purchases, personalized offers are formed, which work more efficiently than hundreds of general promotions. Looking for I'm glad I got this experience on different projects, but now I'm sure I want to do one product / service.
