Python Developer | Back-End Developer | Django | — open for new opportunities - 25233

My name is Serhii. I am a Python Developer with a deep interest in Backend (Django). 

I completed several educational institutions successfully:

1) Junior IT Step Academy;

2) Kharkiv computer and technology professional college;

3) Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (Bachelor's and Master’s degree).

I have honed my skills in Python by building and deploying various applications (console && web applications, etc.).

 I regularly participate in coding challenges on Codewars.

I write programs for completing small tasks. For instance, I wrote scripts for: get lists of the retrieved articles from Wikipedia, get information about English words from Oxford website, etc. 

I am constantly involved in championships for IT specialists. Example, I was involved in a DEV Challenge XX.

I chose Python because It’s intuitive language that I really enjoy working with. 

I am using Python's powerful libraries and frameworks, such as Django and Pyqt5 that can solve different problems. I developed several pet-projects:

1) Personal website. You can view information about me, read my posts and write to me. Also, you can see my small projects on Django, and not only. Technologies: Python, SQL, XML, Django, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, JSON, CSS, HTML, django.core.mail;

2) Desktop application for memorising foreign words based on my own method. Technologies: PyQt5, SQLite, XML, BeautifulSoup, SQL, Python 3;

3) Text editor for LaTeX with the ability to automatically move a table from a docx file to a tex file. Technologies: PyQt5, SQLite, XML, LaTeX, SQL, Python, docx.

Now, I am looking for my first job.

I prepare for a interview and improve my skills and knowledge of programming:

1) Repeat theoretical and practical knowledge;

2) Practice Python and SQL;

3) Increase soft skills;

4) Finish an old pet project so I will start the new pet project;

5) Improve my English;

6) Looking for a job;

7) I want to have a commercial experience;

8) Looking for IT-challenges, championships, etc.
