Right now I specialize in developing web applications in the field of health on the technology stack of java, spring, hibernate, mysql, etc., and I am ready to work as a developer in your team.
During the work on my project, as the owner, I understood what most of the processes are for and what qualities a developer needs for effective work. And just how important is proper communication with the team. At the moment, I am ready to present my candidacy to you with all the knowledge and motivation to work "for additional knowledge." I want to be actively involved into as many of your processes as possible to gain the necessary experience to achieve both personal and company goals.
In the past, I worked as a junior java developer for 1 year before the war, but unfortunately I could not continue my work due to family reasons. During my work, I learned how to work in a team and I also learned to argue my decisions and work for the result, and not for the appearance of some kind of work (as Greg McKeown wrote in his book essentialism—you can do something all day and not get a result, or you can highlight the main things that move you towards your goal and fulfill them).
I am currently improving my skills by reading Steve McConnell: Code Complete, and I have already made several improvements to my code thanks to it. Prior to that, I had already gone through a lot of online and offline courses, books, and seminars that also made improvements to my code and perception of the development process.
