IT Sourcer - 21727

I'm capable to use every tool ( I can use also the company's search tools, ATS, CRM, and Databases). I'm experienced in X-Ray search. I'm good at writing clear job descriptions (more info - more candidate trust). While working as IT Sourcer, I have dealt mostly with tech positions. I would be glad to follow this trace.(tech positions). 

I was in charge of the candidates searching, talent pool, and all that goes with that: communications with candidates, scheduling calls for recruiter, writing job descriptions and analyzing the labor market. 

I have been using LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, Facebook, AngelList, and other similar networks, platforms, and job sites. I have also been using clients' ATS and HR systems. (very similar to Hurma, Trello)

I wasn't in charge of conducting the interviews, but I'm more than ready to start doing it. 

Now I'm looking for a Recruiter position, as I would like to grow up to some Managerial position later (Head of recruitment, Project Manager, etc.)
