**I'm** a software developer with 6+ years in the software industry second to my role as resource manager for 2 years. It may sound difficult, but I like to combine these 2 completely different roles. **Since** I am a developer, I clearly know how to solve problems or tasks as a Resource Manager. I am always looking for time and perseverance to be constantly in trend and constantly evolving and achieving new goals to be an even more valuable employee in both roles.
