Requirements elicitation in collaboration with stakeholders on the customer side (interviews, document analysis, workshops); Identifying an effective solution to meet customer business needs; Сreating project documentation (SRS, User Stories, Scenarios); Creating Diagrams (BPMN, Use Case, Flowcharts) and Wireframes; Writing assignments, use-cases. Controlling solution by establishing specifications; Coordinating production with programmers and QA department; As QA: - Drafting, maintaining, and executing test cases, using different types of testing techniques. Identifying and reporting defects found during the test. Making bug reports. Verifying reported defects and corresponding fixes. Working with google dev tools, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, HipTest, Jira. Besides that I have worked as a driver manager for a Chicago-based company. I was arranging 24 drivers and their trips. Sometimes I looked up for a freight for them. I've done a lot of reports for account customers, brokers, company's management. I was negotiating in stressful situations were drivers refused to work because of the pay, when they got into the troubles on the road.
