We are looking for an innovative, practical and entrepreneur technical recruiter with a passion for technology who will join our amazing team. In this role you will have a direct impact on startups digital growth by locating and integrating Kaplink's top and highest quality technological talents.
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing candidates over the phone and in person, writing comprehensive and professional opinions, and retaining and assisting them throughout the hiring process.
- Identifying diverse recruitment sources, managing the relationship with them, creating new recruitment sources and collaborations (recruitment days, friend programs, employment agencies, etc.).
- Defining and implementing a strategy for attracting candidates, such as online advertising, resume collection, and recruitment events participation.
Qualifications
- Passion to technology - a huge advantage!
- 1-2 years of experience as recruiter for services/technological positions - required
- Relevant bachelor's degree - an advantage
- Experience in locating talent with technological sourcing tools and diverse recruitment platforms on social networks (Linkedin Recruiter, Facebook and more)
- Good level of English (writing and speaking) - required
- High interpersonal communication skills, negotiation and teamwork
- Autonomous and dynamic work ability
- Creativity in finding solutions and sources of recruitment
- Ability to lead and drive organizational processes
