You should be both independent and an enthusiastic team player, have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and pay close attention to details.About the ProductOur product and engineering team owns an enterprise-class software product that enables automation for job scheduling and workflow orchestration across applications, systems and infrastructure. The entire product ecosystem consists of multiple applications tightly integrated with each other and used to orchestrate complex IT workflows, optimize workload automation activities, provide centralized management of schedules, collect analytics and stream data related to the software operations.About the TeamThe entire team is international and distributed across Poland, Ukraine and the United States, we have colleagues in Germany and other European countries as well. The engineering team consists of 2x end-to-end Feature Teams working on the product functionality, and a dedicated Test Automation team. Teams use Jira to manage their backlog and to prioritize work items, documentation hosted in Confluence. Meetings and interpersonal communication run via Slack and Zoom. We’re following the Scrum process with 2-week iterations and practicing Agile Way of Working in close, day-to-day collaboration with each other.Team structure and WorkflowThe team is located in Eastern Europe, we use Jira to manage our backlog and to track the work progress.
