We specialize in delivering world-class digital product engineering, data management and analytics, and staffing solutions services to Fortune companies, SMBs, ISVs, and fast-growing startups.Responsibilities:As a Contingent Labor Program Office Analyst, you will be responsible for modernizing the client's approach to contingent workforce management. This role will support the design and implementation of processes to mature our approach through all stages of the contingent workforce lifecycle.You will support partnerships and collaboration across our internal and external stakeholders. You will have the unique opportunity to provide input into the building of clients contingent labor programs.You will support the processes we develop to meet client requirements and increase the management and oversight of our contingent workforce. We will look to you to test the controls we have in place to ensure our program is well managed and to identify opportunities to improve our risk posture.Process ManagementExecute the client's contingent labor category strategy by fulfilling the program office’s processes with attention to quality.Support the day-to-day operations of the contingent labor program office.Execute on processes to onboard and offboard contingent resources.Conduct data entry to maintain accurate records of the client's contingent workforce. This role will be responsible for the data integrity of the contingent workforce population.Serve as the first-level escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution.Perform a consultant categorization review and validation as part of the consultant onboarding process.ComplianceDesign and conduct contract compliance testing to confirm client terms and conditions are met as expected.Conduct planned and ad hoc audits on controls between clients and their contingent labor vendors.Identify, report on, and remediate non-compliance.Cross-Functional CollaborationDevelop and maintain positive and productive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.Interface between hiring managers and global consulting vendors, ensuring client requirements are met by our external vendors.Reporting and AnalysisSupport the creation of reports and presentations to senior leadership.Perform assessments of the supplier base by analyzing attrition, resource demographics, quality of output, skills, and fulfillment.ExperienceSuccess as a self-directed contributor requires the ability to define, execute, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of a cross-functional team.Experience implementing and managing contingent labor and contingent workforce solutions.Cross-functional stakeholder management.Previous experience supporting or working at a financial institution is preferred.This position will routinely work with and interact with high-level business leaders, legal staff, and various client support teams during the collection of information necessary to support the selection of a supplier.Procurement expertise, communication, negotiation, attention to detail, time management, and computer proficiency are required.Skills include but are not limited to collaborating with suppliers, assessing and anticipating company procurement needs, and other contingent labor-driven requests.Intelliswift is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
