Focused on Services Management. Accountable for Operating results : SLA (Service Level Agreement) commited with each Account, Account & Client satisfaction ; and for Finance results: P&L, Efficiency & Productivity.

LEAN Program is been deployed in all GOC Centers, as Tower LEAN Lead I ‘m in charge of Argentina Lean Security implementation. Assessment, analisys and implementation of improvements and eficiencies for Security Tower : 7 Managers, 22 Teams y 150 peoples.

I ‘m involved in BCP Planning and ISO 20K & 27K preparation for Security Tower. 

Responsible of BSS & OSS implementation for projects related with Claro –an America Movil company-, from the sales to final Acceptance and Invoice of the deliverables: hardware and services. Deployment of 2G & 3G networks in whole the following countries: Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay.

Plan and monitor delivery phase of project. Plans and manages execution of the project according to budget. Leads project team. Manages time, quality, progress, cost, risks, and internal and external resources. Ensures that all project milestones are met by using global processes, tools and interfaces. Acts as customer interface in own responsibility area. Lead off an important crew of Nokia Team: Logistics, Implementation, PM Tools & Processes, Quality, Cost & Progress, Network Planning related tasks, and 4 Partners/Service Providers, about 40 people.

As Central Region Program Manager I was responsible of a team of 38, including Jr. PMs, Installers, Testers, Logistics, Technical Support. Additionally, manage more than 4 service providers. Implementation of the newest 3G wireless network in Latin America, 3G1X CDMA Overlay Project - Movilnet (Verizon Inc.). General Scope: 4 MSCs and 450 CDBS cells in four regions within the whole country.

As Project Manager Carried out Project Management function, deploy of one of the largest wireless networks in Latin America, CTI Argentina. Plan and manage all projects activities between customer and functional groups both internal and external.

In charge of all CTI Interior Projects supported teams up to 30 resources (Jr. PMs, Installation forces, Technical Support, Administrative personnel, Contract Adm., Material Mgmt, etc).
