Experience from previous work:
-Work using 1C “Commercial Enterprise Management”, “Logistics” (bank payment documents, orders, purchases, realization, analysis, trial balance etc.;
-Monthly preparation of debtors and creditors liability by degree of overdue;
-Daily organization of the payments plan in Excel and the head department approval;
-Work using online e-banking systems within legal entities (banks in Switzerland, Latvia and Montenegro). Checking the accuracy of the collected payments by an assistant, coordination with the head of the department and sending;
-Preparation of the responses to banking inquiries in English;
-Accounting of the ships’ fuel and oil using 1C program (purchase, transferring , write-off, turnover);
-Collection of data for the management reports by groups of companies;
-Weekly download of bank statements;
-Business correspondence;
-Preparation of the necessary documents for auditors;
-Mentoring;
-Checking the exchange rates, conversions etc.
