Payment only after making a hire
At JOBITT, our mission is to match top talent with exciting job opportunities, making our platform accessible to candidates.
As an employer, you will be charged a Success Fee equal to 30% of the candidate's monthly salary expectations when the candidate accepts an offer to work at your company. For example, hiring an Android Developer who lists $2000 as their monthly expectation on their profile will cost you $600.
Commissions will only be applied to candidates with a monthly salary expectation of $1000 or above. There are no commissions for candidates with salary expectations below $1000.
If you hire a candidate for outstaffing with tags, you will not be charged a commission. In such cases, the commission is paid by the company that provided the candidate rather than the hiring company. This arrangement promotes a seamless and cost-effective hiring process for companies seeking outstaffing services through JOBITT.

The Success Fee must be paid within 30 days of the candidate accepting the job offer. A 30-day warranty covers the Success Fee if the candidate does not complete the first 30 days of employment.
The candidate will receive a bonus of 10% of their monthly salary above $1000, provided by JOBITT. The bonus will be paid out after the employer pays JOBITT and only after the candidate has completed 30 days of work. The candidate will only receive the bonus if the employer pays.
If traffic is generated through an affiliate, 10% of the candidate's salary will be allocated to the affiliate as compensation. The affiliate fee and the candidate bonus (as described in point 4) will be paid out after the employer pays JOBITT and only after the candidate has completed 30 days of work. In case of non-payment by the employer, neither the candidate nor the affiliate will receive their respective fees or bonuses.
We store cookies for 30 days and count traffic for 30 days. Traffic attribution is based on the first click. If a user clicks on two different links, the bonus is attributed to the affiliate associated with the first click.
Employers who pay the commission will be allowed to our platform once payment is made.
JOBITT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its pricing structure at any time, at its sole discretion, with prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to our pricing structure, and such changes will only apply to transactions and services occurring after the effective date of the change.
From time to time, JOBITT may offer special promotions, discounts, or bundled services. These offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated during the promotion period. JOBITT reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time without prior notice.
If you are okay with our services, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction to discuss your concerns. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may offer a refund or credit toward future services. The refund or credit will be based on the circumstances of your case and our evaluation of the situation.
You acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and Pricing by using our services. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your access to and use of the JOBITT platform.

JOBITT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Pricing without prior notice. Your continued use of the JOBITT platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service and Pricing to stay informed about any updates or changes. In the event of a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the updated terms by email or posting a notice on our website.
These Terms of Service and Pricing, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, will be governed by and construed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JOBITT is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to these courts' personal and exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms of Service and Pricing is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be deemed severable from the remaining provisions of these terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service and Pricing, together with any other applicable terms and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JOBITT concerning your access to and use of the JOBITT platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether written or oral.
The failure of JOBITT to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service and Pricing will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of JOBITT.
