Talent Acquisition Specialist in Printful

Your daily tasks will include:

• cooperating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• sourcing candidates and carrying out headhunting assignments on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
• preparing analytical reports about recruitment processes
• ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire process
• keeping up to date on market activities by reading industry papers, attending job fairs, professional conferences, etc. Always bringing knowledge back to the Talent Acquisition team
