F.A.Q.

1/Need more information about the project (also a paragraph or two is enough)

Will build a gift card marketplace.

2/Need more information about the structure of the team and the role of the candidate in it

We have a core team in Germany (responsible mainly for project management or lead development) and two core teams in Poland. Depending on the skill level, the candidate is supposed to be a core developer on client projects or lead developer on our internal projects.

3/Need information about processing, how many interviews and with whom, is there a test task?

1 call with me regarding personal, english and tech topics. Either a code presentation from existing code with questions from me or a test task for 1 work day.

4/Does the company provide equipment if necessary?

Yes, if the employee will pass the test time (1 month), we can provide him proper equipment (laptop) + test devices for android/ios if needed in project. Also all licenses will be provided if needed.

5/Is there a bonus system?

Nothing formal, but based on performance, we usually give bonuses at the end of the year.

We are also investing heavily in learning, so the employee will get access to Udemy or live courses on demand.

6/Are there business trips to the customer's side?

No, not needed.

7/ Sick leave and holidays for employees in the company?

Of course, sick leave fully paid, 25 vacation days per year.
