Senior Team Lead in PM Partners

We are looking for a Senior Team Lead with experience developing web applications to join our Team. 

Responsibilities: 

* Training technical personnel 

* Delegating work and assignments to team members 

* Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems 

* Analyzing users' needs and then finding creative technical solutions 

* Working with goals and KPIs 

* Supervising system modifications 

* Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement 

Requirements: 

* 7+ years of extensive SW development experience 

* 4+ years of experience in the role of Tech/Team leader- must 

* Experience in web-based development with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) and NodeJs 

* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills 

* Practical knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), 

* Experience with micro-services design and development 

* Strong system design skills 

* Familiar with Agile development methodologies, tools, and practices 

* Excellent personal skills, collaboration, teamwork, and strong interface work.
