Software is built primarily on MS technologies including .NET Core, SQL Server, variety of Azure service as well as JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML, Java and Amazon Web Services and a broad range of open source tools and standards like Solr, OData, OAuth 2.0, RabittMQ, etc. We are looking for an experienced Java software engineer with solid Solr experience to join our team that works on Innovator – industrial low-code platform for creating rich enterprise applications.

Wage: From 2500€/gross. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience

Requirements:

Senior candidate

• Java: Strong knowledge in java, OOP principles, basic design patterns, 3 layered architecture.
• Ability to improve codebase (refactor and modernize)
• SOLR: solid knowledge of solr components (analyzer, tokenizer, filter…), schema design, solarcloud and its components.
• Containers: Docker
• working on SaaS is an advantage.

Requirements:

• BA/MA in computer science or similar field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial projects
• Solid knowledge of core Java and web technologies/frameworks
• Solid knowledge in Apache Solr, Search API and Indexing API
• Knowledge in Apache Solr architecture and Environment setup/Administration,
• Knowledge of SolrCloud and its architecture
• Hands-on experience in schema design, analyzer and filter configuration
• Experience with MySQL and good knowledge of T-SQL
• Knowledge of Amazon Cloud services (EC2, RDS)
• Knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns
• Experience with Git
• Ability and willingness to work in a Self-organized team, and act as a team player
• Adherence to the agile mindset and its core values (Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, Being adaptive to change, learning cycles and improvement)
• Desire to work on technically challenging projects
