Requirements:

At least 2-5 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Knowledge of estimation and planning for Agile projects
Ability to understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Experience in administering burndown technologies and retrospective formats, and handling bugs
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (nice to have)
Scrum certification is important

Responsibilities:

Manage the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
Support and work with the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Create release plans, including deliverables and release deadlines
Facilitate activities aimed to improve the efficiency of the development team
Remove impediments for scrum team, or guide the team to remove impediments as a group
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
