Salesforce Business Analyst in Wildix

The candidate will be placed within the CRM Team by actively collaborating in analysis, configuration, validation and training activities. He/she must be able to guide the analysis of the processes, define the project tasks and coordinate the Business Analyst team within the project team.

What does this mean in practice?

• Collaborate closely with sales, customers, development, marketing, design and product teams;
• Take charge of the conception, design and modelling of suitable process solutions;
• Design scalable best practice solutions;
• Gather requirements, design epics and user stories, improve end-to-end business processes;
• Definition of acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

Required skills and experience:

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Excellent skills in needs analysis, identification of the best solutions and documentation;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of the main Sales and Service processes;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Fluency in English;
• Understanding of Salesforce automations, workflows, validations, process builder, flows will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology is beneficial;
• CRM certifications represent a plus.
