✏️ What will you do?
As a Sales Representative:
Taking leads from marketing and converting them into deals;
Presenting Akveo to potential clients;
Initial communication with client;
Choosing the best collaboration model based on the client's needs;
Helping production team to create a proposal, better organize information, and structure the pricing offer;
Proposing our solutions to the client;
Conducting contract negotiations;
Making kick-off calls.
As an Account Manager:
Identifying new up-sale and cross-sale opportunities within the assigned accounts;
Managing and solving disputes with clients;
Collecting feedback from the clients and sharing ours with them;
Keeping the clients updated regarding the daily project development progress;
Interacting with other staff members in other departments and coordinating them, working on the same account;
Establishing project budgets with the clients;
Keeping track of the actual expenses and comparing them against the budget;
Defining project milestones and deadlines with the clients;
Keeping track of the current project progress and checking compliance with the milestones and deadlines;
Providing risk management for the clients’ projects.
🏋️♀️ Your expertise and abilities
5+ years of sales experience in IT;
Experience in the software development industry, understanding of the basic technologies and trends of web and mobile software development;
Technical background is an advantage;
Understanding of the software development services market;
Ability to build long-lasting and trusting relationships with clients;
Stress tolerance, willingness to take 10+ sales calls a day;
Flexible hours, readiness to sync up with the team in Europe early in the morning;
Readiness to travel often (1+ times/month) across the USA;
English: C1, C2 or Native speaker.
