You will not just be a Recruitment Researcher who source candidate, you will be a partner!
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research (industry analysis via external and internal database search);
- Preparing talent-pools of potential candidates;
- Drafting job descriptions based on market research results, preparing project documents;
- Candidates approaching and pre-screening;
- Organizing and taking part in interviews' providing with the best and the most appropriate candidates;
