Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
Identifying and resolving potential workflow issues
Ensuring that all of the technicians are properly checking their work.
Ensuring customers are satisfied with the final product and securing final payments and warranty explanations.
Making sure that materials are ordered for new jobs.
Creating daily and weekly reports for the director
Quality Assurance Agent Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction or a QA
Degree preferred.
A certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Valid license
