Payment Specialist in Printful

Printful’s Finance & Accounting Team works on data analytics, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, taxes, cash management, and more. The team plays a vital role in most transactions and provided support in becoming the first privately owned company with Latvian roots to achieve unicorn status (valued at over $1 billion).

If you thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and motivating environment, Printful is the right place for you. We’re looking for a skilled Payment Specialist to join our Accounting Team that ensures all company financials, including planning and reporting, are prepared qualitatively and on time.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• checking invoice data & comparing with payment data
• validating bank accounts
• monitoring bank account balances
• preparing daily cash balance reports and weekly payment reports
• filling credit and bank applications
• monitor bank&payment processor commisions
• assist with business trip management

What we expect from you:

• degree or enrollment in accounting, economics, or finance
• good knowledge of MS Excel
• great written and spoken English
• detail-oriented personality
• good communication skills
• Power BI skills will be considered an advantage
