Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, etc. Our clients are from
19 countries.
Now we are looking for a **NOC Engineer** in our friendly team.
**Requirements:**
* Fluent English (verbal and written);
* Excellent PC skills;
* Experience in working with Network, Network connection issues;
* Good knowledge of API, IP address, communication protocols, security monitoring processes;
* Initiative and desire to work;
* Organizational and time management skills;
* Analytical, communication and client interfacing skills.
**Will be a plus:**
1. Be familiar with OTRS, ITIL, DELL, CISCO, Routa Systems, Juniper;
2. ITIL foundation certificate;
3. OTRS ticket system.
4. Knowledge of German language (for communication)
**Main responsibilities:**
* Provide L1 monitoring for system incidents;
* Recognize the incident;
* Collect all the necessary additional information about the incident;
* Report to the team;
* Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
**Conditions of work:**
1. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am — 9:00 pm (96 hours/month);
2. Possibility of remote work.
