YOU ARE

• Owner of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Having 3-5 years of experience as a Python Developer
• Proficient with Python and related frameworks like Flask, working knowledge with both Python 2.x and Python 3.x is a plus
• Understanding relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Experienced with Kafka and RPC frameworks like gRPC (as an advantage)
• Skilled in AWS
• Having the basics of front-end technologies like React
• Confident in test-driven development and unit test frameworks, strong testing and debugging skills
• Skilled in understanding problems and user requirements and translating them into solutions
• Able to architect creative and maintainable applications across our web and mobile clients. We seek the right balance between moving quickly and improving the operability, performance, and scalability of the systems we build
• Eager to collaborate with other Software engineers, product managers, designers, and partners across SoftServe. We believe the best ideas emerge when people share different perspectives and work together
• Having Intermediate Strong + English level

• Experience with Elastic Search, knowledge of gRPC and React.js
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and desire to work in Agile environment Team
• Good communication skills and desire to work in the environment of open communication both in the development team and with the client
• AWS certificate

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Planning, implementing and deploying changes following our Client’s established software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices for coding, testing, and monitoring
• Producing technical design, testing, and launching planning documentation for complex projects and/or projects with complex dependencies
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing production issues as they arise
• Participating in Scrum meetings, collaborating with engineers on the team for requirements estimation, designing and code reviewing
• Participating in all aspects of the software life cycle, including analysis, components design, development, unit testing, CI/CD, and production deployment
• Backlog analysis, estimating, feature decomposition
• Coding on Python, React.JS, working with databases, GCP, and other related technologies
• Contributing to software solution which creates value for the end-clients
• Cross-functional and distributed teams
• Partners, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems
• Other team members to improve technology and apply best practices
• Becoming the expert in your team's business and technical domains
• Leading planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects
• Implementing step-wise technical migrations of our Client’s existing applications
