We are looking for Junior Staffing Support Specialist. It’s an opportunity to start your career for our respectable client, TietoEVRY, in our Ukrainian offices or remotely. TietoEVRY is one of the largest IT companies in Europe with 24000 specialists that provides services all over the world.
Areas of Responsibility
• Providing support to staffing function within the company:
• Register and update incoming resource requests in the internal system
• Manage communication between departments, project team, project
stakeholders etc.
• Manage communication with the customers and subcontractors
• Provide best practice input on specific requirements
• Evaluate candidates and CV’s matching, present candidates to the
customers
Qualifications
• Swedish language knowledge is a must, English — fluent
• Determined and mature approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and enthusiastic team player
Will be an advantage
• Understanding of specifics of Scandinavian mentality and business
• Understanding of B2B
