Project Description One of the largest retail worldwide company that located in USA needs a professional, effective and result-oriented team to design, develop and support complex enterprise solutions. This solutions include logistic applications used various supply chain methodologies.
You will have a great chance to lead the project from the very beginning. Project's domain includes information about products (SKUs, styles and etc.), vendors (brands, partners and etc.), organizations (stores, divisions and etc.) and prices. The main goal is to organize all data related tasks across the domain: allocation, transferring, processing and storage.
Responsibilities - Implement new features, MR review for other team members - Refactor existing code, improve test coverage
Skills Must have
*Hard Skills: • Java 8/11 • experience in unit testing • A workflow which incorporates distributed version control (git)
*Soft Skills Team player with good interpersonal/communication capabilities; Readiness for business trips to USA (Seattle) for 2-4 weeks several times per year
Nice to have
• experience with AWS essentials (preferably EC2, S3, lambda, DynamoDB) • Experience in problem solving at scale by utilizing streaming processing (i.e. Apache Kafka) • Retail domain knowledge or similar experience
