🔸REQUIREMENTS:

▪️At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment

▪️Knowledge of various recruiting tools, techniques and search channels

▪️Successful experience in closing vacancies in a short-term period

▪️Responsibility, result-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

▪️Good communication and negotiation skills

▪️Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines

▪️Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates

▪️Intermediate English

🔸RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪️Full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, offer negotiations

▪️Search, select, and headhunt the best talents for our growing team

▪️Resumes and candidates pre-screening

▪️Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews

▪️Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates

▪️Maintain database of candidates for further opportunities
