Voices of Children charity fund has been helping children affected by hostilities since 2015. We provide psychological, social and humanitarian support to children and their families. Our team is constantly growing, so we are looking for a Recruiter who will help us find "our" people - specialists who share our values and are ready to work for the future of children.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in recruiting (experience in the public sector or with psychological/social vacancies will be a significant advantage).
• Ability to guide the candidate from creating a job profile to going to work (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Experience in selecting various areas (administrative roles, psychologists, project coordinators).
• Communication and ethics in communication.

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of specialists for the head office and regional offices of the fund throughout Ukraine (coordinators, psychologists, administrators).
• Establishing communications with hiring managers, acting as a consultant for them throughout the entire hiring process
• Conducting job briefings, assisting in formulating detailed requirements for the role
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing compliance with the corporate culture.
• Coordinating meetings of candidates with department heads.
• Accompanying candidates at all stages from researcher, job offer to completion of preboarding
