The KITE brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will take over digital strategy, advertising and analytics in several European markets.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and working hands-on with advertising channels and numbers.

Your role:
- Development and implementation of digital strategy for several European countries
- Launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness: ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions
- Working with analytics: GA4, advertising cabinets
- Planning and control advertising budgets
- Conducting A/B tests of creatives and audiences
- Cooperation with designers and content team
- Adaptation of digital strategies to the specifics of local markets
What we expect:
- Experience in digital marketing from 2-3 years
- Practical experience of working with Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and confident work with numbers
- Experience in e-commerce projects
- Understanding customer journey and performance marketing
- Experience working with several countries will be a big plus
- Experience scaling advertising campaigns
- Working with several currencies and international markets
