Delivery Director in Luxoft

Project Description: Running organization of multiple growing and stable accounts in the area of Financial business area: banks, FinTech and financial solutions. Responsibilities: As a Delivery Director you will be responsible for: 1\. Defining the objectives, delivery strategy and governance 2\. Establishing processes in the organization 3\. Be responsible for efficient resources planning and allocation 4\. PnL and financial planning 5\. Facing client's stakeholders, management of expectations 6\. Building of highly motivated management team 7\. Growing newly opened accounts and collaborating with Sales and Account Management organizations Mandatory Skills Description: 10+ years experience in IT, preferably in services and software development outsourcing 5+ years of experience in large-scale project management or program management roles with 100+ FTE team, or similar roles Management of complex programs, budget management 3+ years in client's facing roles Agile project management experience BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields Fluent English (spoken and written), excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Deep knowledge in financial industry and technological acumen is a plus.
