Remote, Full-time or Part-time or Contract work Job Description -P2P Validator is a world-leading non-custodial staking provider securing more than $200 million trusted by over 2000 delegators across 15+ top-notch networks. -As part of our work to future develop and promote the blockchain ecosystems in which we validate, we are actively searching for a Senior or Middle Backend Engineer to aid our delivery of projects. -This is an interesting role that will involve working alongside the DevOps Engineers and Blockchain Analytics. As such, not only will you be exposed to many new, interesting, and unique technologies, but you will be a core part of the effort to shape and drive forward this key and exciting new space. -You will work on fine tuning and optimizing the operations of Serum DEX node: it will include working out the understanding of how to measure good node performance, what steps should be taken to achieve it in chaotic adversarial market conditions and writing the code to implement those steps. Requirements -You should be able to achieve consistent results working on objectives formulated in business terms with little oversight. -You should be a good communicator, an expert in technological development and hold your own in cryptoeconomics. -You should deliver consistent results working on loose objectives in an ever-changing domain with little oversight. -You should be fluent in Rust -You should have experience with blockchain technology, or exchange trading (quant expertise, or trading bots, or implementing the matching engines), or both.
