Copywriter/proofreader in Luxoft

Project Description: We are seeking an individual to proofread and copywrite client-facing presentations and other materials that are used for pre-sales activities in the Bid Management team within the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) division of Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company. The applicant must be a native English speaker with experience in editorial, marketing, copywriting or journalism. As part of this role, the individual will also act as the manager of the internal Collateral Store – a knowledge base hosted on SharePoint, containing all pre-sales documentation. You must be comfortable working remotely, with the rest of the team located in Ukraine. Responsibilities: • Proofreading of Word and PowerPoint documents • Liaising with bid teams, including stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Bid Management • Overall management of the Collateral SharePoint space, including management of access • Drive initiatives to refresh old materials and creation of new materials • Hold demonstrations of the Collateral SharePoint space for new visitors of the site • Responding to and handling requests for client-facing materials • Copywriting and proofreading of newsletter to BCM division with updates on new information added to the Collateral SharePoint space Mandatory Skills Description: • Native English speaker • Copywriting • Proofreading • Document management • Ability to liaise with stakeholders of various levels • Efficient with good time management Nice-to-Have Skills: • Project management • Experience and/or interest in banking or economics • Multi-tasking • Comfortable using remote working and video-conferencing tools, such as Zoom and Languages: English: C2 Proficient
